The Nyaban Brothers strive to appear cowardly when first approaching an opponent, but once their opponent’s guard is down, they reveal their true colors. They frequently work together to overpower their opponents, and they can outperform Jango when they do so.
Furthermore, Sham and Buchi’s main weapons are their clawed gloves, which they utilize to slice their opponents. Sham is the faster of the two, and he frequently distracts and holds down opponents while his buddy crushes them.
Why Is Luffy’s Power Ineffective in Seawater?
Luffy gained his powers after consuming a Devil Fruit, which converted his body into rubber. This allows him to stretch any part of his body, which comes in helpful while fighting his opponents.
It also enables him to withstand the impact of being hit by a bullet or a canon and return it to his shooter. This makes him a formidable opponent and aids in his ambition to become King of the Pirates, but every superpower has a disadvantage. And Luffy’s is made of seawater.
Luffy’s power doesn’t work in seawater because the sea rejected the devil fruit users.

Seawater is more than just Luffy’s nemesis. It has an effect on anyone who has eaten a Devil’s Fruit. Seawater will weaken their power, and they will be unable to save themselves. This is a terrible turn of affairs for a pirate because one false move could cost them their life as they drown helplessly at the bottom of the water.
The Netflix series has yet to clarify why seawater and Devil Fruit eaters have this bond. The manga on which the show is based, on the other hand, has supplied some theories, though not definite answers.
According to a particular belief, the Devil Fruits endow mankind with strange abilities. To the sea, somebody with such abilities is not human, and thus unnatural. The sea is unhappy with these people and thinks them unacceptable, so anytime a Devil Fruit eater falls in, the seawater turns them immobile, and they drown unless helped by someone else.
A person’s condition is also affected by the type of powers they possess. The powers of Luffy, whose body was altered after eating the fruit, are not lost in the seawater. He simply becomes too feeble to use them. His body can still stretch, but he can’t use it since the water prevents him from moving.
In the case of others, when the powers do not involve physical transformation but must be engaged, the powers cease to function, as if turned off in the water. Only seawater appears to have such an effect on a Devil Fruit eater in the Netflix series. However, in the manga, this rule applies to any body of water deep enough to immerse the person.
It does not always have to be seawater. It will have the desired effect as long as it is still and not moving, as rain does. It should also be noted that simply splashing someone with water does not work. However, we see in the Netflix series that this may be the case.
